I started Freddy Support because I saw a real gap in our community. Too many people, especially seniors, were struggling with technology and feeling left behind. Family members help when they can, but they can't always be there. And big chain stores can be impersonal and expensive.
I believe everyone deserves patient, affordable help with their technology, in the comfort of their own home, on their own schedule, without feeling rushed or talked down to.
With professional experience in technical support and a background in teaching and customer service, I'm here to help you feel confident with your devices, whether that's your phone, your tablet, your computer, or anything else.
